אַמאַניטאַ פעט (לאַט. Amanita excelsa, פליען גאַריק) is an inedible mushroom from the genus Amanita of the Amanitaceae family.

fruit body. Hat ∅ from 6 to 12 cm, from to , brown, but sometimes gray-brown or silver-gray, with white or light gray flaky remains of the bedspread. The edge of the cap is even, not wavy. The plates are white, free. Spore powder is white.

The stem is whitish or gray-brownish, with a white, slightly wavy ring in the upper part and a club-shaped tuber. Pulp, under the skin of the cap slightly, with the smell and taste of turnips.

season and place. In summer and autumn it occurs in deciduous and coniferous forests. The fungus is very common.

ענלעכקייט. It is very similar to other dark fly agarics, especially the poisonous panther fly agaric.

שאַץ. According to some sources, the mushroom is conditionally edible.. But due to the similarity with the panther fly agaric, we do not recommend picking it up for novice mushroom pickers.
