רעגע לאָקשן: זענען די נוטרישאַניס דיזערווד עס?

Noodles, which help many out when there is a lack of time for lunch, are condemned by nutritionists, as they are considered absolutely useless and high-calorie product. Is this food really dangerous or is it still possible to resort to this method of eating at least occasionally?

Instant noodles are produced in five stages. First, roll out the dough consisting of flour, salt and potato starch. Then the dough is cut and then steamed. After the noodles are fried in oil and packaged. Due to starch and oil, the calorie content of the noodles increases.

Despite this, the composition of such noodles is quite simple and safe. From a certain point of view, even useful and suitable for our body. However, some manufacturers use palm oil to reduce the cost of the product, which decomposes into trans fats during processing. These fats have a negative effect on metabolism and digestion, increase blood cholesterol levels and contribute to weight gain.

The biggest danger is posed by the flavorings that are added to the noodles. They are a source of chemical additives that negatively affect our health. These are acidity regulators, colorants, thickeners, and flavor enhancers. In large quantities, it is a poison.

Instant noodles also contain dried vegetables and meat, which, in principle, are not harmful to health, especially since their amount in the noodles is minimal.

צו עסן אָדער נישט צו עסן?

Of course, after weighing the pros and cons, the choice is always yours. Remember that convenience foods – not just noodles – are not the best option for your daily menu. Such products, in which additional additives are present, are addictive, akin to narcotic. Therefore, do not lead the use of instant noodles to fanaticism – it will be difficult to stop. And this will further affect not only your appearance, but also your health.

And for a quick snack, choose healthy snacks, fresh vegetables and fruits, tea or drinking water, nuts and dried fruits.
