Next, apply foundation all over your face and lips. Alternatively, apply some light concealer to the area around the lips, or add a few strokes with a white pencil. Then blend thoroughly. This will draw extra attention to your lips and add volume to them. Remember that light will increase and dark will decrease.
Permanent makeup is another great opportunity to increase the volume of thin lips. In addition, with its help, you can also correct their shape.
After that, outline the outline. To do this, take a pencil of the same shade as the gloss or lipstick that you will be applying, or slightly darker. Outline thin lips with a pencil, slightly protruding beyond the edge of their contour – by 1–2 millimeters. Do not protrude too far beyond the contour, and also increase the borders in the corners of the mouth, otherwise you can get a clown effect. To make the borders of the lips look more natural, blend them using a brush.
Then start applying gloss or lipstick. If you use the latter, apply it with a brush from the middle of the lips to their edges. To make your makeup more stable, you can first completely shade your lips with a contour pencil. Dab a small amount of pearlescent gloss on the middle of the lower lip for a fuller-looking visual effect.
