העריסיום ערינאַסעוס (לאַט. העריסיום ערינאַסעוס) is a mushroom of the Hericium family of the order Russula.

Sedentary, rounded fruit body, irregular in shape and without legs, with hanging long spines, up to 2-5 centimeters long, slightly yellowing when dried. White fleshy pulp. White spore powder.

עדיביליטי

Edible. The mushroom tastes similar to shrimp meat.

It grows in the Khabarovsk Territory, the Amur Region, in the north of China, the Primorsky Territory, in the Crimea and the foothills of the Caucasus. It is very rarely found in forests on the trunks of live oaks, in their hollows and on stumps. In most countries, it is listed in the Red Book.
