Amanita Elias (Amanita eliae)

The fly agaric Elias is a member of the large fly agaric family.

Refers to mushrooms that are most often found in the European-Mediterranean regions. For the Federation, it is considered a rare species, there is little information about its growth.

It loves to grow in deciduous and mixed forests, preferring such trees as beech, oak, walnut, hornbeam. Often found in eucalyptus groves. Mycorrhiza usually with hardwood trees.

Season – August – September. Fruiting bodies do not appear every year.

קאָפּ reaches a size of up to 10 centimeters, in young mushrooms it has 4 ovoid shapes. At an older age – convex, prostrate, in the center there may be a tubercle.

The color of the hat is different: from pink and whitish to beige, brown. Particles of a common coverlet remain on the surface, while the surface of the cap may have ribbed edges, which often rise upwards in old mushrooms.

רעקאָרדס fly agaric Elias has very loose, small thickness, white color.

פוס up to 10-12 centimeters long, central, maybe with a slight bend. Towards the base, it usually expands, while there is always a ring on the leg – hanging down, having a whitish color.

The pulp is creamy in color, without much smell and taste.

דיספּיוץ elliptical, smooth.

Amanita Elias is a conditionally edible type of mushroom, while it has absolutely no nutritional value.
