This is why most dietitians and doctors stress the importance of eating often, but in small amounts. The norm for your stomach is food with a capacity of 200ml, which is less than a glass.

  2. Stop starving – low-calorie diets exhaust the body. Nothing slows down your metabolism like fasting. In addition, it is a quick way to the yo-yo effect, and once the metabolism slows down, it is difficult to restore it to its previous “possibilities”. For normal functioning, your body needs energy. The minimum daily calories you consume should be 1200 kcal.
