En ניטל magic, tales, stories and an endless number of enchanting stories come true that are surely part of the inspiration of the most famous storytellers.

Gastronomy is also part of these holidays, and as part of a literary fusion, the The Magisterial Council of the Cantabrian Cheese Guild, has launched a new call (the third already …) of its Gastronomy Short Stories Contest, where the protagonist of them must be your character, your imagination and of course the cheese.

The contest is also organized by the Cantabrian Writers Society, maintaining its objective of helping to disseminate and disseminate the work of the authors who are related to Cantabria.

The contest is open to all audiences, resident or not in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria and whose only physical requirement is to be of legal age, that is, over 18 years of age, not writing but on the national identity document …

Among the bases of the contest that we link to you below, these postulates should be highlighted:

  1. Those people who, writing in Spanish, deem it so, can submit their work to a competition.
  2. The work will have CHEESE as its center, in all its facets.
  3. The data must be scrupulously original, authentic and personal.
  4. The title, the author’s signature or his pseudonym, which appears clearly in the manuscript.
  5. The deadline is on February 28, 2015.
  6. The prizes for which it is chosen will be:
  • € 650 and a basket of Cantabrian Cheeses for the first one.
  • € 250 and a basket of Cantabrian Cheeses for the second.
  • € 100 and a basket of Cantabrian Cheeses for the third.

Now to write and give free rein to the imagination so that the cheese floods our thoughts and we can make a good story.
