When considering security issues, states single out problems of national and state security. Meanwhile, at present, the state of society requires a deeper and separate consideration of various components of national security: food, environmental, genetic, etc. At the same time, there are such types of security that are practically not included in the structure of national security. A special place among them is occupied, put forward by us, Russian psychological security. Below it will be shown that it is she who, at the present stage of development of our society, acts as a core that ensures the national and state security of the state. At the same time, it should be noted that practically no separate attention is paid to this issue, and if it is given, then in combination with other problems. As a result, as time shows, this problem is practically ignored, considering it ephemeral and far-fetched. For example, at present, there is still no institute of advisers on psychological national security issues in the power structures.
Thanks to the above erroneous approach, we lost the psychological war (the ideological war is included in it only as a component) imposed on us by the West. This external psychological warfare, which continues to this day, can be conditionally called domestic. But at the present time it is no longer as relevant as internal psychological warfare, which, in essence, has already become civil. For example, at present, there is a hidden civil war between mentally ill citizens and the rest of the country’s population (in Russia there are already about two million drug addicts). There is a high, ninety percent alcoholization of society. Thanks to drug addicts and alcoholics, daring crimes against property and against the people are committed. Many examples can be cited related to the psychological (emotional and intellectual) degradation of citizens, which brings significant material losses and human casualties. Obviously, this degradation is caused not only by the growth of drug addiction and alcoholism of the country’s population (see below). It causes significant material damage to the state and takes tens of thousands of our citizens. This is the problem of the survival of the nation and its future generations.
We have considered only a part of the provisions, but it is already clear that thanks to them alone, great harm is done to the state and its security. Therefore, the time has come to separately raise the issue of state psychological security. In this regard, let’s move on to a more detailed presentation of the structure of the psychological security of the state.
When they talk about state security, they mainly consider the problem of the external destructive influence of individuals, communities, countries and various social institutions (terrorists, extremist organizations, the media, etc.) on the whole society as a whole. When considering the psychological security of the state, another problem is solved: how can society as a whole, degrading emotionally and intellectually, harm itself, the state, statehood, etc.? In particular, this includes the problems of drug addiction, alcohol addiction, schizophrenia, and debilitation of both society as a whole and its individual structures and citizens: students and parents, managers and their subordinates, representatives of various social institutions, professions, etc. It is obvious that this problem is not exhausted only by the above psychological problems (see below). In most cases, it is primary in relation to other issues considered within the framework of national security. In other words, the problem of psychological security mainly includes a problem that comes not from individual small structures and strata of society, but from society as a whole, which has socio-pathological properties. In the process of research, we came to the conclusion that at present the social pathology of society is mainly associated not with socio-psychological and economic conditions, but with the psychopathological properties of its citizens.
It has already been noted above that, in essence, there is currently a civil war going on between the army of mentally ill drug addicts and the rest of society. Currently, the number of drug addicts (alcoholics and drug addicts) is catastrophically increasing. In Russia, 3,5-4 percent of citizens (about 2-3 million people) use drugs, of which one in four is a minor. Approximately eighty percent of the population are alcoholics (heavy and moderate regular drinkers), with 90 percent of men and 10 percent of women among them. For example, there are about one hundred thousand drug addicts in Tatarstan. In the Arkhangelsk region, every fourth person aged 13-30 is a drug addict.
The alcoholization of society has already caused great damage to our economy due to inadequate, pathopsychological, social activity of individuals in power structures (for example, the first president of Russia suffered from chronic alcoholism, there was and is a relatively large percentage of alcoholization of the State Duma, government officials at various levels, etc.). n.) The author of this work had to consult and rehabilitate some high-ranking officials. Here, obviously, we do not mean alcoholics degraded in a binge, but people who, thanks to the systematic consumption of alcohol (beer, vodka, champagne), already suffer from mood swings and anxieties and therefore systematically (weekly or monthly) cheer themselves up. This already forms in them such destructive attitudes as: attitude towards passive methods of protection when faced with difficulties, attitude towards rejection of responsibility for the actions performed, attitude toward preferring egocentric motivations to altruistic ones, attitude towards low mediation of activity, attitude to be content with temporary and not quite adequate needs for performance. This causes great harm to the state and therefore is one of the important problems of its security.
At the same time, it should be noted that, on the one hand, the budget funds allocated for resolving this problem are decreasing and there is a low effectiveness of drug addiction treatment, and on the other hand, there is poor work of law enforcement agencies, the security system and the army (according to some reports, as not it’s a shame to realize this, some people from the same structures are involved in drug trafficking). Thus, the only effective method is the methods of preventing drug addiction, and even those have “smeared” the eyes of young people with their purely superficial propaganda and intimidation so much that in some cases, on the contrary, they have formed an interest in drugs. The point of view that it is necessary to remove the youth’s curiosity about drugs and, therefore, tell everything about them, is erroneous and dangerous. We came to the conclusion that other approaches are needed — methods of covert prevention of drug addiction.
The time has come:
1. Introduce in all educational institutions a program of psychological safety for students, which should be based on the hidden prevention of drug addiction and alcoholism, aimed at developing in students and young people a life-affirming psychological state and the ability not to be dependent on any kind of destructive manipulation, deceit, and environmental influences world incl. drug business
2. Introduce the institution of advisers on issues of psychological security of the state, which, due to the avoidance of corruption, would be accountable only to the President of Russia or the presidents and governors of the Russian regions.
3. As part of social advertising, introduce hidden anti-drug advertising in the media.
4. On the basis of numerous and inactive pioneer camps in Russia, open networks of labor camps and rehabilitation centers for drug addicts and alcoholics.
At present, signs of social schizophrenia (schizophrenization of public consciousness) have become aggravated in society. Its characteristics are similar to the classic schizophrenia described in pathopsychology:
1. Inconsistency of development. Inconsistency in decision making. Chaos in some of its areas. Lack of a well-executed program. Lack of direction of public consciousness and its guidelines. The media, being a direct projection of society, is also schizophrenic. The viewer’s or reader’s eye, especially the immature one, cannot navigate this bacchanalia of unnecessary and necessary truth, idiocy and intellectuality, love and pornography, true art and surrogates of mediocre but rich TV personalities, etc. In psychology, it is known that a long absence of direction of consciousness and attitudes leads to a rapid degradation of the personality. This analogy can be extended to society as well.
2. Duality. Inability to make responsible and effective decisions, caused by the split between new and old, conservative and progressive, market and communist. Society «is tormented by being stuck between these two worlds.» So far, we have not made a choice. Therefore, we «wish the best possible, but it turns out as always.»
With our minds, we “rushed” into the market, but with our hearts we remained in the past. This duality is the root cause of the unrest of society and the main brake on its development — the bureaucracy.
3. Autism. Most of the citizens of Russia have become prisoners of their own little worlds (“With my own TV, with my own sausage”, “My hut is on the edge — I don’t know anything”). Social apathy, indifference and inability for a subject-subject sensual dialogue have reached a dangerous point. Thanks to the market-pragmatic psychology, alien and painful for our consciousness, we have become soulless means of each other. The media, without noticing it, thanks to the systematic display of «darkness» instill in us a thick skin and apathy for someone else’s grief. This is a dangerous trend.
The time has come when the concept of not only socio-economic, but also socio-psychological development should be clearly pronounced from the lips of the president. In essence, it is necessary to make up for the lack of ideological work, which, unfortunately, is practically not being carried out now. (In the United States, almost all cinema and television are subordinated to national ideology, patriotism and high civic self-esteem. And in many ways this is not due only to success in the economy). Thus, there is a need:
1. To carry out such a transformation of the media, as a result of which, on the one hand, they did not lose their consumer value, and on the other hand, they formed a single life-affirming orientation of public consciousness for all. In particular, despite the objectivity of information television programs, in general, they should be optimistic (“So as not to die the death that we will invent for ourselves!”). Entertainment programs and films should be based on a “home-grown” postmodern concept of a new and positive reality, which will be introduced from the TV screen into real life (Where are the films after which you want to imitate their heroes, change and build life for the better?)
2. Taking into account the difficulties in implementing the above paragraph, caused by the strong competition of foreign films and video products, it is necessary, on the one hand, to limit the rental of low-quality and cheap films and programs of a destructive orientation, and on the other hand, to hold competitions and allocate significant funds for the creation of the best domestic samples of television and cinematography. (Unfortunately, the clumsy attempts of some well-known filmmakers to revive the spirit of the nation with the help of their films have so far been unsuccessful due to their misunderstanding of the mood of society. That is why conferences, script competitions, etc. need to be held.)
Example. The movie has been released. Thanks to rapid-fire and cheap technologies, the phenomenon of true cinematic art is being eroded, which has always been the main instrument of ideology in Russia, which is so necessary in our country. As a result, “cinema” is thrown out to the audience, which, on the one hand, is not a genuine cinema, and, on the other hand, is a means of cheap business manipulation of viewers. Even any future “night watch”, which will still be artificially imposed with the help of the main Russian TV channels, will always be fakes developing within the framework of Western forms, and therefore, for us, they are alien simulacra that do not claim to create Russian ideology. This is a pathetic parody of Western models that have solved their ideological problem in the West. Some of us will get rich on this, but the spirit and ideology of Russians will not become richer.
Similar phenomena are developing on television. Almost all TV programs that claim to reflect events in society (news, etc.) are staged. This is not a game where both sides know the rules of the game. This is a prank in which the viewer believes in the reality portrayed by the media. TV viewers hide from this movie bullshit in reality shows, which are also not authentic and are made according to the script.
The clumsy attempts of some film directors (in particular, N. Mikhalkov) to set an ideology through cinema look naive. Domestic cinema cannot develop in our system as it was before. We are open to the West (the West is not open to us). Western things are entering us, and against the background of this flow, it is not necessary to hope that some kind of domestic “cinema cosmetics” will work. In the West, cinema is an ideology. All the best achievements of mankind take place in the context of America.
Example. Universities, students, academicians and academies are put on stream and out of circulation. Everything is bought and sold there. This army of fake institutions and specialists will soon overwhelm Russia so much that we will “become the most educated” part of the world. These are all simulacra of education.
Example. Churches, mosques, priests, prophets, scriptures have gone into circulation. Priests, replicating themselves, indulge their pride through the media. Many priests, being enemies of postmodernity, use its achievements without noticing it. Business, politics, etc. mingled with religion like never before.
Example. Politics is mixed with business, art, sports, etc. Artists become politicians. Politicians are artists.
Example. The gigantic army of Russian prostitution (street, elite, official, matrimonial, virtual Internet, etc.) has become a social stratum (a mass phenomenon) and has turned into an industry that uses modern information technologies. Prostitution is becoming a simulacrum, which means that it is less and less evaluated as a negative phenomenon. Isn’t this the underlying reason for the mass nature of this phenomenon? Sociological studies show that many of them are from wealthy families.
But the worst thing is that many officials from various regions of Russia have already become addicted to these “per diems-prostitutes”. Prostitution, as in Thailand, is becoming a strategic reserve of the country.
The schizophrenia of society (particularly autism) is facilitated by its virtualization. Our research has shown that about 66% of respondents prefer virtual and artificial worlds (drug and electronic virtuality). In other words, our society spends a significant part of the time behind the screens of their televisions. Thanks to television, society is gradually turning not into creators, but into observers of itself.
Computers in most cases are used purely for consumer purposes and for primitive purposes. For example, the share of Internet use for scientific research is 31% lower than for entertainment. Due to the systematic immersion of people in alcohol and drug and electronic virtual worlds, such destructive personality attitudes are brought up as an attitude towards an imaginary satisfaction of a need, an attitude towards quick satisfaction of a need with little effort, an attitude toward passive methods of protection when encountering difficulties, an attitude towards rejection of responsibility. for the acts performed, the attitude towards the preference of egocentric motivations over altruistic ones, the attitude towards a small mediation of activity, the attitude to be content with temporary and not quite adequate results of activity. This is a dangerous trend leading to the growth of a large army of idlers and philistines. In addition, we have identified a correlation between drug addiction and the virtualization of society.
One of the attributes of the spirituality of society is its unity. In this case, what kind of spirituality can we talk about if social schizophrenia progresses in it (autism, inconsistency, irresponsibility, pathological bifurcation and indecision). It is almost impossible to solve this problem using traditional methods aimed at contemplating beauty and cultural familiarization (smart chatter). It is necessary to touch not only the structures associated with perception and thinking, but also volitional structures. Unfortunately, at present, in most educational institutions, much attention is paid only to the mental and behavioral sphere, and activities aimed at educating love of life and the ability to overcome are left without attention.
According to our estimates, about 23% of financially wealthy young people are able to impudently travel without a ticket in public transport and not worry about it, justifying their poor financial condition. 64% tolerate criminal offenses.
At present, the problem of mental normality has become acute. We have found that in most cases the assessment criteria and testing systems are adjusted to the low level of emotional and intellectual mental indicators. Often this is due to purely pragmatic issues. For example, teachers of higher educational institutions, in order to ensure the wage fund and survival, accept applicants with an extremely low level of intellectual development. This is especially true in commercial schools. As a result, behind the student bench are people with emotional and intellectual mental disorders, as well as with different levels of debility, etc. According to our estimates, over 30% of students suffer from some form of debility. According to student surveys, 45% of female students are engaged in various types of prostitution (street, elite, office, party, etc.) But even the great Lombroso showed that in most cases professional prostitution is done by moronic women.
Thus, the intellectual level of the average student falls every year. You can break out of this vicious circle if you stop the habit of adapting to the fall in mental indicators. We must not forget that these yesterday’s students can already tomorrow turn (for example, thanks to connections and parents) into «responsible» workers, officials, leaders. The social activity of these pathological personnel can significantly affect the security of citizens and national security in general, and harm the state. Unfortunately, we still do not have an independent system for checking the mentally normal persons applying for executive and legislative bodies. There is no system for the removal from power of persons suffering from senile or pathological dementia, etc.
The problem of normality also concerns moral norms in society. For example, nowadays, thanks to the destructive advertising of beer, which is obviously alcohol, it has become the norm to drink and be a little in good shape every day thanks to this «harmless» drink. A little jaunty (actually drunk) young people are walking along the street. By the way, the army of drug addicts and alcoholics is replenished in most cases thanks to beer lovers.
The quality of the genetic fund is declining. To a large extent, this is facilitated by alcoholization and drug addiction of the population. According to our research, about 54% of children attending children’s educational institutions suffer from unreasonable anxiety and neurosis, due to the fact that their parents conceived them as mature alcoholics. 38% have different levels of debility. In schools, this figure reaches the level of 60%. This is especially the case in the upper grades. In 40% of cases, this congenital alcoholism is exacerbated by acquired, thanks to «non-alcoholic» beer. Most students are not even aware of the true cause of their mental problems. Alcoholization and drug addiction leads to the degradation of the emotional and intellectual structures of the gene pool.
On the one hand, we are pleased with the promotion of sports and the fact that the number of Spartak Moscow fans is growing every year. But on the other hand, the carnage and crime that these “sick fans” arrange are alarming. Their numbers would be the envy of any party organizing the rally. The number of fans is thousands of times greater than the number of fans of certain parties.
We are pleased with the suspiciously rapid growth of believers, but the number of religious fans of various sects and movements is alarming.
What are these phenomena? Are they really connected with the phenomena of sports, spirituality? Or is it a disguised form of «hidden fascism»?
We are pleased with the mass nature of the national holiday «Sabantuy», but we are alarmed by the disguised form of confrontation between the Tatars and other nationalities. Yes, we rejoice at this holiday, but on the other hand, we artificially show “Here we are, look!” and in this there are already germs of opposing oneself to others. This is due to a high percentage (over 80!) of a national inferiority complex. That is why most of the Moscow Tatars distorted their surnames in the Russian way, embarrassed by their nationality. According to our research, we can confidently say that there is no open confrontation between the Tatars and other nations, but there is a hidden one hidden in the subconscious. This disease is yet to be eradicated. It is dangerous to parasitize on time and a wise policy and a long-term program are needed.
Based on the foregoing, we can conclude that we need to learn to distinguish elements of fascism and extremism from the normal life-affirming mass character and unity of people, which is the very spirituality that we lack. This will make it possible to stop in time all tendencies to mass aggressive psychoses that can harm the people and the state.
In a schizophrenic society (see signs of social schizophrenia) there can be no true patriotism of the nation. This is a pathopsychological axiom. In a state dominated by inconsistency, autism, indecisiveness and irresponsibility and other schizophrenic signs, the likelihood of true patriotism is extremely low.
In order to have real patriotism, the nation must really, on the basis of living and modern examples, be proud of itself. Only after that you can make films and launch various television programs in the media. Parasitizing on the glorious Russian history and drugging these boy soldiers, in our opinion, is a crime and genocide against the nation. Can a boy run away to war because of a hungry and difficult childhood in his village to fight? What did the state give him? How will he defend his homeland, if at the same time in far rich Moscow and other cities “they are raging with fat” and the spoiled army of his peers, adult uncles-officials, etc. are perverted?
On the other hand, one can recall the experience of the cinema of the Stalin era of postmodernism and start making films “about a happy country, happy people, about idol heroes”, ahead of reality. This approach has promise. He’s justified. Thanks to him, you can inspire people to exploits and learn to imitate the idol heroes of films. But this requires two conditions: firstly, a sufficient information filter is needed that would make these films competitive (after all, Stalin’s films were released against the backdrop of a poor film market), secondly, sufficient financial resources are needed, and finally, thirdly, a qualitatively new scenario concept. Currently, a retrospective concept is being worked out (an old anthem, showing old films, etc.). Thanks to this, there are some positive developments.
According to our research, about 83% of schoolchildren experience a deficit and a feeling of envy towards members of any social movements and organizations (to non-existent pioneers who are recognized only from films and photographs of their parents). Thus, at present there is a niche and a social order for such movements. Unfortunately, this social need can be attracted to their side by destructive movements: sects, fans of various movements, etc. According to our research, schoolchildren in some regions of Russia are already ready to call themselves “Putinites”. In order to prevent the president’s personality cult, such tendencies, in our opinion, should stop. Let our youth imitate and call themselves movie idols or outstanding personalities with whom our history is so rich.
It has already been noted above that in a schizophrenic society, where there is a bifurcation and uncertainty of the general line, there is no direction of social consciousness whatsoever. Many people are sure that it is enough to feed this «schizophrenic monster» and all problems will disappear automatically and mood, direction of consciousness, ideology, etc. will immediately appear. Unfortunately, this is not so. Often schizophrenia is an irreversible degradation process. Having fed this sick monster, we will find that a well-fed subject sits on a luxurious armchair and in a beautiful office and spits at the ceiling. Therefore, it is necessary to restructure and focus not only on socio-economic factors, but also socio-psychological ones. Right now, more than ever, the intensive work of philosophers, psychologists, culturologists, sociologists, political scientists is needed to create a homegrown qualitatively new concept of the development of society, based on the characteristics of our native fatherland, and not all sorts of «Chinese» and other options.
He falls catastrophically. At present, thousands of various pseudo-academies have been opened on the basis of small private enterprises and public organizations. A significant number of unemployed «academicians» are walking around the country with international diplomas issued by various parascientific sects and public organizations. All this discredited the very concept and phenomenon of «academy». In St. Petersburg, there is a private enterprise that already awards doctoral degrees without any system of protection and registration in the Higher Attestation Commission. Diplomas of candidates and doctors of sciences are sold in the markets.
A similar situation is observed in the system of higher education. Diplomas of higher education are distributed «right and left.» If there was money… The level of graduates is falling. Many higher education institutions do not meet the requirements, but for some reason are licensed. It has already been noted above that the commercialization of the education system is fraught with dangerous moments for society. Thanks to this, not just amateurs, but also thugs, repeat offenders, criminals of various levels and qualifications can come to manage the economy and the country. This dangerous trend must be stopped.
Unfortunately, our real scientists and professors often discredit the prestige of science themselves, recruiting mediocre but moneyed students, selling their name to business. I have seen how a famous professor of pharmacology in his lectures advertised a drug that does not deserve such attention. He deceived his listeners, but they believed his authority. There are many such examples.
In addition, it should be noted that in some educational institutions there is a hoax of humanitarian knowledge and many scientists are immersed in various parasciences. (For example, astronomers become astrologers, etc.) Shop counters are littered with near-scientific compilation works. There is a shortage of primary sources and books on real fundamental knowledge. The scientific information space is littered. Appropriate filters need to be developed.
A lot of “scientific” sects have appeared, calculated on the illiteracy of not only Russian inhabitants, but also high-ranking officials (for example, the scientific sect of Grabovoi).
There are distortions in the field of secondary education. Here the quantity of knowledge prevails over its quality. What is not being taught now, what kind of unnecessary knowledge our schoolchildren are not stuffed with! Unfortunately, there are already studies showing that all this, on the contrary, leads to degradation processes.
At one time in Tatarstan, on the wave of a national inferiority complex, with the aim of reviving Tatar culture and science, many purely Tatar children’s and educational institutions were opened. It’s fine. Unfortunately, science has come a long way. The modern Tatar language, on the one hand, turned out to be undeveloped and does not meet the requirements of modern science, and on the other hand, specialists and teachers themselves do not speak the language at the appropriate level. (I recall the story of how difficult it was to develop an agreement between Russia and Tatarstan, but until its developers switched to Russian.) So many subjects are taught at an extremely low level, but in the Tatar language. This is a dangerous self-deception, implicated in a national inferiority complex. The globalization of the Tatar language in the republic may result in a low level of students in secondary and higher schools. In practice, we do not have highly qualified personnel who speak the Tatar language at a highly intellectual and scientific level (with the exception of some well-known humanitarians). It takes a long time for them to appear. Alas! The time has come to face the truth and focus on those languages that set the tone for world science, but without abandoning your native language.
In addition, it should be noted that, according to our research, 63% of children who graduated from Tatar preschool institutions lag behind in secondary Russian schools. Bilingualism (bilingualism) sometimes has a negative effect on the development of the child’s not yet formed consciousness.
Now, in the era of youth drug addiction, the role of teaching social disciplines has increased more than ever: philosophy, psychology, etc. Alas! The teaching that is taking place now does not contribute in any way to solving the spiritual and psychological problems of young people. It, in essence, is «a kind of intellectual antique chewing gum» that does not affect the emotional and spiritual sphere of students.
Thus, the need arose:
1. Strengthen the criminal liability of persons who discredit and falsify the symbols and attributes of Russian science and education.
2. Tighten the registration system for non-state educational institutions and academies. Close educational institutions and academies that do not meet modern requirements and discredit the prestige of Russian science and education.
